Can I place a “same day” order?
Yes you can. However, depending on the product(s) you are ordering, there may be a minimum amount of time needed to prepare your order.
Do you accept credit or debit cards?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Debit cards may be used as a credit card.
Do you accept checks?
Yes we do. Checks must be drawn on an in-state bank account. Also, you will be asked to show your license.
Do you sell Gift Cards?
Yes we do. You can purchase Gift Cards in amounts up to $25.00.
Do you offer delivery or shipping services?
Yes. We offer both delivery and shipping services. Delivery service requires a minimum dollar amount based on a location. Payment for your delivery must be paid in advanced. We do our shipping through UPS. The following information would be needed in order for us to quote you a shipping charge: an exact street address, city, state, and zip code.
Can I be billed for my order?
Unless your are a “business to business” customer, payment is required at time of pick-up or delivery.
Do you sell gluten free products?
Yes we do. We sell gluten and wheat free foods made by The Grainless Baker (www.thegrainlessbaker.com).
How far in advance do I need to place an order?
Orders should be placed 1 to 2 days before. However, during a major holiday, it is better to place your order as early as possible.
Can I place my order online?
Not at this time. Online ordering is still in the early stage of development.
